Job Description:
The SREC (Solar Renewable Energy Certificates) Specialist is responsible for gathering and submitting documentation to a REC aggregator, troubleshooting where necessary, and verifying the monetization of SRECs.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners and facilitate the transference of SREC ownership to AMBIA.
- Serve as the primary contact between REC aggregators and Ambia Solar, becoming a subject matter expert on each aggregator and their requirements.
- Fulfill aggregator requirements to successfully monetize SRECs.
- Write and update SOP for SREC monetization and other incentive opportunities.
- Think ahead, ensuring that Ambia is not leaving any REC opportunity unturned.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
