About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled HVAC Hydronics Product Champion to lead the promotion, training, and support of our hydronic heating and cooling product line. This role is essential in ensuring our sales teams, distributors, and customers fully understand and maximize the benefits of our hydronic solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hydronic systems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between product development, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical expert and advocate for our hydronics product line, including boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, radiant heating, and related components.
- Provide product training and education to sales teams, distributors, contractors, and engineers through presentations, webinars, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide market feedback, contribute to product development, and improve existing offerings.
- Assist the marketing team in creating technical content, product literature, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales efforts.
- Support sales teams by developing product positioning strategies, assisting with specifications, and conducting competitive analysis.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers and internal teams regarding product applications and installations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote and showcase hydronic solutions.
- Assist in new product launches, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 years in hydronics, HVAC product management, technical sales, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydronic heating and cooling systems, including system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical product challenges efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience working across teams to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
