The Associate – Real World Evidence (RWE) is an important member of project teams and works closely with the Analytics team to solve interesting client problems, and to create and implement solutions. In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. Your professional development is important to us: as you demonstrate strong analytic and project management skills, your responsibilities will grow rapidly.

As an Associate – Real World Evidence (RWE), you will:

• Translate complex data findings (claims, prescription, sales, shipments, etc.) into actionable business strategies
• Use Excel and statistical software packages to conduct quantitative analyses
• Develop concise and meaningful insights and recommendations
• Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint slides
• Communicate findings from your analyses to internal team members and, over time, to clients
• Work on multiple projects at the same time
• Interact with and manage thirdparty vendors
• Work on a team in a highly collegial and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Statistics, Life Sciences or other programs with an analytical focus and a demonstrated interest in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong quantitative and data analytical skills
• 1 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in life sciences or healthcare consulting
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets (Claims, EHR, Lab, HUB, Sales etc.).
• Excellent problemsolving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work inperson in our New York City office at a minimum of three days per week is preferred
• Able to start within 24 weeks upon accepting an offer

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000.
