Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital strategies that modernize the distribution model, enhance productivity, drive sales, and improve both agency and customer experiences.
- Spearhead change management efforts related to digital initiatives during the ongoing organizational transformation.
- Focus on the people side of change by preparing, supporting, and guiding internal and external stakeholders in adapting to new business processes, systems, and technologies.
- Utilize a structured change management approach to create strategies that ensure the successful adoption of changes.
- Facilitate communication efforts by assisting with the design, development, and delivery of key messages and updates.
- Conduct impact assessments, analyze change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Contribute to training efforts by providing input and supporting the design and delivery of training programs for affected parties.
- Coach and mentor staff throughout the change process, helping them understand and adapt to the changes.
- Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees, the organization, and the agency force, making adjustments when necessary.
