  • A top leading Digital Finance company (multiple product lines, profitable business, operating in global markets across Asia, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, with over 50 million active users) who is actively expanding globally.

    • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a global Business Intelligence team for high performance.
    • Develop strategies and performance improvement initiatives for business growth and optimization with data tools, techniques, and intelligence.
    • Liaise with global stakeholders in departments such as Growth, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations for overall business objectives.

      • Key Requirements

    • 10 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field in Digital Finance, Fintech, Crypto, or consumer-facing technology industry.
    • Proven global / regional level leadership, strong analytical ability, and strategic mindset.
    • Passionate about growth and market dynamics.
    • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders from different markets.
