As one of the initial Recruitment Consultants, you will chart your own course to success by working with some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country.
Ambition specializes in executive search for Marketing, Business Development & Communications professionals in the legal sector. We represent a wide variety of firms - from the AmLaw top 200 to boutiques - and take pride in on our ability to deliver the very best talent solutions to our clients. With decades of experience internationally, Ambition launched our US division last year, and are now looking for driven, motivated consultants to help build the business and expand our footprint across the country.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working with a robust existing client base and given the autonomy to deepen and nurture client relationships and proactively top tier talent for our clients.

No prior experience in Legal Marketing is necessary. With over 20 years of expertise in the field, our team will provide comprehensive industry insight, training, and hands-on support you need to succeed in all aspects of this role.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
