Job Overview

- Contract with residents by negotiating lease terms and collecting security deposits.
- Maintain property condition by investigating resident complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, and completing repairs.
Requirements
Experience in HUD and LIHTC property management is required. An Associate's degree or related job experience is preferred. Certification in property management is a plus.
Candidates must demonstrate literacy in the English language, including reading and writing. They should also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
