We are looking for a highly skilled Property Manager I to join our team at Ambling Property Investments. As a key member of our operations team, this individual will be responsible for the overall success of our real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain property occupancy and ensure lease compliance.
- Manage the collection of rents, payment of bills, and preparation of annual budgets.
- Establish rental rates based on market research and consider factors such as overhead costs and profit goals.
- Create and execute a marketing plan to attract new residents.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints, enforce rules of occupancy, and plan renovations as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of building systems and supervise repairs.
- Secure property as necessary by contracting with security patrol services and establishing precautionary policies.
Requirements
- Experience in HUD property management is essential.
- Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college, or university, or job-related experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of related experience and/or training. They should also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
