About the Role
The Property Manager I position is responsible for overseeing the overall operation and success of a real property asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting rent, paying bills, and forecasting financial requirements.
- Preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.
Marketing and Leasing
- Surveying local rental rates to establish rental prices.
- Calculating overhead costs and profit goals.
- Creating marketing plans to attract residents.
Property Maintenance
- Maintaining property by investigating resident complaints and enforcing rules of occupancy.
- Inspecting vacant units and completing repairs.
- Planning renovations and contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
Security and Compliance
- Securing property as necessary by contracting with security patrol services.
- Establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures.

Reporting and Analytics

Qualifications
