We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager I to oversee the overall operation and success of our real property assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in HUD and LIHTC property management, with a strong understanding of financial objectives, marketing strategies, and customer service.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining property occupancy by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and ensuring the premises are well-maintained and secure. You will also accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and analyzing variances. Additionally, you will establish rental rates, create marketing plans, attract residents, contract with residents, maintain property systems, and enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in property management.
