Property Manager - Qualifications & Skills:
- Motivated by sales, with proven leadership ability and experience building teams
- Strong networking and marketing capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in office management software
- Professionalism and superior interpersonal skills, able to interact with diverse personalities with tact and maturity

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Property Management Certifications (Prefer)
- Experience using Property Management Software Applications
