Assistant Project Manager - Real Estate Construction – New City, NY
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
A Real Estate construction company is seeking an experienced back-office assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan Review and Estimation
- Takeoff Review
- Estimate Review and leveling
- Project Ownership
- Software Proficiency
-Word-Excel
-Construction management software (Procore Etc.)
-Takeoff software (Plan Swift Etc.)
-PDF / Blue beam
-(AutoCAD)
Requirements:
- 2 years of construction back-office project management experience
- Basic construction knowledge
- Plan reading and estimation skills
- computer skills
- Software skills
- Analytical and communication skills
Work Arrangement:
- In-office position in Monsey, NY
- Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, 9am-12pm/1pm
