We are currently recruiting a Florida based Account Manager.
The role will support the Account Director to provide exceptional service whilst fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
As the point of contact for our client in the US, you will be confident, personable, professional and driven to provide solutions to challenges.
You will also help to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure an exemplary service is provided accurately and on time, and will ensure all your client and contractors’ needs are met.

This is a full time position. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Person Specification
- Based in Sarasota, Tampa or Orlando
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align solutions with business objectives
- Have a positive solution focused approach
- Very strong attention to detail
- Someone who can work with complexity
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Excellent written communication skills
- Agile
- Ability to be hands-on
- Action orientated
- Have a positive solution focused approach
- Ability to use own initiative but working within company constraints
- Ability to manage client relationships but know when to escalate
- Due to the international nature of the role, occasional flexibility to work outside of core hours is essential
