Ecommerce Customer Support
Specific Duties:
- Providing Tier 1 (basic) customer service to our current and potential customers. This would include answering phone calls, answering/responding to voicemails, and responding to/communicating with our customers through our customer service system (Zendesk).
- Processing customer orders over the phone as needed.
- Ensure all customers get provided with Tier 1 support within 24 hrs and escalate issues requiring additional expertise, investigation, or troubleshooting to the Tier 2 team.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in company meetings as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be speaking directly with customers
- Good organizational, time management, problem-solving, mathematical, and multitasking skills are also a must
- Having the ability to work in a team
- Being a dependable and responsible person
- Data entry and general computer skills
- Being able to work independently
- Taking initiative within assigned areas of responsibility and in general
Physical Demands and Abilities:
- Must be able to work at a computer desk for up to 8 hours.
