Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment plans to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create personalized learning plans that promote academic success and social-emotional growth.
- Provide counseling services to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
- Lead IEP teams in making data-driven decisions to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Consult with staff on best practices for classroom management, behavior intervention, and trauma-informed care.
Requirements
- PDE Certification and Act 34/151/114/126/168 Clearances/Certifications required.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including students with disabilities, English language learners, and those from low-income backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
