Ambrosia Behavioral Health is hiring Weekend Overnight and Weekday Daytime Patient Care Associates!

The Patient Care Associate (PCA) is responsible for the complete care and well-being of the patients while they are living at the treatment center residence.
What you will do:
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Orientate new patients to the facility and the residential facility.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for patients.
- Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and the therapeutic environment.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living; attend to patient behavioral problems, and provide assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.

What the ideal candidate has:
- Graduation from High School or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function preferred.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health illnesses preferred.
- Adolescent experience
- FL Driver's License (Required)
Since we are regulated by The Agency For Health Care Administration and the Department of Children and Families, we are required to obtain a clear background screen through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which is a national background screen. All employees must be eligible.
