JOB OVERVIEW
Our Graduate Summer Internship Program is designed for driven individuals seeking to deepen their expertise, tackle meaningful projects, and gain invaluable professional exposure within the dynamic world of genetics.
Throughout the program, you'll work on impactful, resume-level projects that align with your skills and career goals, providing you with hands-on experience that translates directly into future opportunities. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll explore real-world applications of advanced concepts, gaining insights and knowledge that will set you apart in your field. Some of the projects that you will lead / participate in during your internship that will enable you to have this experience, include :
- Learning how to solicit / define requirements for a system or software application that can support business activities, workflows, and processes in clinical genetics.
- Utilizing SCRUM and AGILE methodologies, the BSA intern will shadow with the BSAs on the team to oversee a software solution through the entire SDLC, from discovery, design, development, and validation.
- Providing support to BSAs by creating JIRA tickets such as User Stories to capture software requirements, publishing project related artifacts, organizing JIRA scrum boards and project backlogs, and creating project related dashboards.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
