Reliability Engineer
Wilmington, DE Area
Manufacturing site with a variety of mechanical equipment that is key to their process. You will take a technical lead role in providing for the care and troubleshooting of the site’s mechanical equipment.
Provide hands on troubleshooting and optimization of a variety of types of rotating and fixed equipment
Utilize predictive reliability technologies such as vibration, oil analysis and thermographic analysis.
Conduct RCFA studies and FMEA on rotating equipment and fixed equipment
Build best practices and Reliability Centered Maintenance procedures.
Analyze equipment for repair/replace or redesign.
Utilize data analysis to identify issues and build reliability metrics for the site.
Support capital projects involving rotating equipment and fixed equipment
Design, install, troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment
80% Rotating Equipment and 20% Fixed Equipment
Centrifugal pumps and compressors (recip) experience a plus
Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
