Triage RN – Full Time, M-F No weekends No holidays!
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
- Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
- Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
- Portal Message management
- Nurse visits, education visits, scheduling in CB, administering vaccinations, prior authorization process approval and prescription management.
Required Work Experience:
- Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
Schedule and Location
- Location – High Street Health Center, 140 High St. Springfield MA
- Full Time Monday – Friday 9-5:30PM No weekends No holidays!
