Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Sales Associate located in Macomb, MI. The Investment Sales Associate will be responsible for facilitating the sale and acquisition of single tenant net lease properties, providing advisory services for 1031 exchanges, and assisting with lease restructuring.
Qualifications

- Real Estate License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
