* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, increase sales, and reduce costs
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, share best practices, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence
Requirements
* 6 months' experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, if required
