Position summary:

As an Ad Operations Coordinator at Sojern, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with Customer Support Managers, Analysts, and other internal teams to handle the execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of campaigns throughout their lifecycle.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the launch and optimization of campaigns, resolving any technical issues, and leveraging your analytical skills to monitor campaign performance. You will investigate data-driven problems, providing insights and recommendations that help improve campaign results. Additionally, you will contribute to client reporting and support ad hoc projects aimed at driving client success.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and ad operations, with the chance to take on increasing responsibilities as you advance within the company.

What you will do:

  • Ensure campaigns are successfully launched and optimized, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate directly with Customer Support Managers and Analysts on daily workload needs, client reporting, and ad hoc projects.
  • Investigate and resolve data-driven issues, applying analytical skills to improve campaign performance.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities, such as overseeing campaign reporting, optimizations, and contributing to ad hoc projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and ongoing learning to advance within the company.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong understanding of campaign operations, with the ability to contribute to the successful execution of tasks under guidance.
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and assisting the team in enhancing processes, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using tools like Excel, BigQuery, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a focus on developing analytical skills.
  • Experience in identifying trends, solving problems, and formulating data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, essential for managing tasks and supporting projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks effectively and contribute to projects, demonstrating the capability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
