The Opportunity... 

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for engaging with dealerships across the region to deliver comprehensive product training. With a deep understanding of the Brand and strategic training priorities, you'll conduct in-dealership training sessions and provide targeted facilitation to drive results.

 

We’re looking for “Car People” who know the industry landscape and are true vehicle subject matter experts.

 

How You'll Contribute... 

·     Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and technological advancements.

·     Customize training materials and presentations to suit the needs of different audiences and learning styles.

·     Conduct hands-on demonstrations and simulations to reinforce product knowledge and application.

·     Demonstrate expertise in transferring knowledge to retail teams

·     Train Sales Associates to effectively connect product features to customers’ wants and needs.

·     Clearly explain specific tech and features

·     Build Sales Associate confidence and expertise in applying what they learn— creating “moments of truth” when customers become loyalists.

·     Most training will be conducted at the vehicle or dealer conference room with quarterly studio sessions, which will consist of walkarounds of Vehicles with Feature and Technology deep-dives and live Q&A

 

 

 

What We're Looking For... 

·     Demonstrates resourcefulness by efficiently accessing correct answers from provided resources and seeking real solutions when necessary.

·     Exhibits diligence in understanding all materials provided, especially regarding the brand, product, competition etc.

·     Shows curiosity by seeking to understand the 'why' and 'how' behind vehicle features, not just the 'what'

·     Maintains a consistently positive attitude, spreading positivity in every interaction.

·     Proven experience in automotive product training, or dealership operations.

·     In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, components, and technologies.

·     Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

·     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·     Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·     Willingness to travel as needed to conduct training sessions at dealership locations.
