Must be able to remain calm when dealing with challenging customers.
Become familiar with company policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ability to organize data and multi-task.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Job Description
Answering phone calls.
Assisting customers with any queries regarding their insurance policy.
Taking payments over the phone.
Office Hours
Mon - Fri: 9 AM to 6 PM
Sat: 10 AM to 3 PM
