Job Description
Assist the developing and maintain training system for the plant including scheduling and monitoring training for new hires and promoted employees. Maintain training documentation including maintenance of the LMS system. Process bi-weekly payroll using daily time sheets. Check daily production paperwork for accuracy and address any issues. Assist HRM with various HR duties as needed.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Maintain training files electric and hardcopy.
- Coordinate training for new hires and promoted employees.
- Maintain training checklist and materials.
- Audit training compliance as appropriate.
- Track training progress of employees and make appropriate recommendation for pay increases or additional training to HR Manager.
- Create training presentations and enter them in the LMS system.
- Present training as required.
- Partner with operations to maintain SME pool for trainers to accommodate the number of new hires and promoted employees.
- Make recommendation for additional SME as required.
- Regularly interacts with operations to ensure training is being completed successful and gain understanding of training employees performance.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
- Review production paperwork to ensure completeness and flag any issues requiring follow through
- Maintain and update payroll records to record job transfers, pay changes.
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroaction increases.
- Meets with HR Manager regularly to provide updates on training and additional resources.
- Assist HRM with duties as needed. Acts as employee advocate and helpful resource if HRM is unavailable.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
