Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
Electro-mechanical technicians service and support manufacturing operations in the form of maximizing production output via expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety and maintaining building systems.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
12 hour 4-3 nights (6p-6a): Wed, Thurs, Fri every other Sat
COMPENSATION:
$30/hr - $32/hr (pay based on skillset) $1.50 Shift premium!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS AN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:
- Assess and repair equipment as problems arise for the machines and the building
- Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetings
- Assist in capital improvement projects
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues
- Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure
- Assist other departments with improvement projects
- Complete required forms legibly
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- 4 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Prefer strong electrical background with emphasis around controls
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-hour shifts
