Duties
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance operational performance in military operations and special operations contexts.
- Evaluate intelligence reports and signals intelligence data to inform decision-making processes.
- Support exercise planning initiatives by providing insights into operational readiness and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay updated on trends within the Intelligence Community and DoD to ensure alignment with best practices.
Experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
- Ten (10) or more years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.
