Construction Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera and other construction management software.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, implementing effective time management strategies.
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management software including Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and ProCore is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage construction sites efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project objectives.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
