We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team supporting a contract with the Federal government. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of IT cybersecurity management experience, including 3 years of direct support for the US Government.
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the human resources necessary to perform required activities, ensuring technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of services and products provided to our customer.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience communicating effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive-level customers
- Understanding and experience with Agile principles, processes, and methodologies
A Master's Degree in IT, computer science, business or engineering OR 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience is required. At least one of the following security certifications is also necessary: CAP, CISSO, CISM, or CISSP.
Preferred certifications include PMP, DAWIA Level III, or FAC Level II.
