What will your job look like?

You will

Analyze and model large datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover actionable insights and build predictive models to support data-driven business decisions.
Develop and implement innovative machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems, optimize processes, and enhance product performance.
Engineer and select key features from datasets to improve model performance, leveraging domain expertise and creativity.
Create and present data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, set project goals, and deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Evaluate and optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring they remain robust in dynamic business environments.
Ensure data governance policies and compliance with security and privacy standards throughout the data lifecycle.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying emerging techniques to enhance business outcomes

All you need is...

Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

At least five years of professional experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.

Expertise in machine learning techniques including regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting.

Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for solving domain-specific problems.

Strong knowledge of feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment practices.

Hands-on experience with AI techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and reinforcement learning for mid-level AI problem-solving.

Familiarity with generative AI models and libraries (e.g., GPT models, Hugging Face) for augmenting data science applications.

Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and Explainable AI (XAI) techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib for creating engaging and insightful reports.

Background in telecom domains such as RF / OSS data analysis, network optimization, or customer analytics is a significant advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Commitment to continuous learning and innovation, with a passion for exploring and applying new machine learning and AI technologies to business challenges.
