Job Title- Licensed BH Professional
Location- Union Springs, AL 36089
Shift- 7am to 3:30pm & 3pm to 11pm
Pay Rate- $50/hr. to $55/hr.
Duration- 13 weeks
Guarantee- 40 hours per week
Must Have a Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMSW license
Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and objectives.
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services.
- Offer addiction counseling and support for individuals dealing with substance use disorders.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health.
