What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Representative position at Ameico Inc?
AMEICO is small dynamic firm based in New Milford, CT which imports, distributes and represents design brands from Europe and Japan. Our customers are located across the US and Canada and include small retailers to large department stores and ecommerce. We have a full time 40-hour/week, position based at AMEICO’s main office to fill immediately. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing customer service issues, and supporting field Sales Reps. To be happy in this position, the successful candidate should enjoy fast-paced team interaction and constructive relationship building with customers, with a focus towards sales and customer satisfaction. Must have attention to detail, be of quick mind and retain facts, be self-directed, possess a professional demeanor, be trustworthy, and be flexible with changing tasks and responsibilities.
