The recruiter is responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates, achieving hiring targets and contribute to the company's overall talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Write and post job descriptions using internal and external sources.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct variety of phone interviews
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities
- Participate in hiring events such as but not limited to career fairs and conferences
- Design and post hiring flyers on company social media accounts.
