As the Marketing Director, you will be the strategic quarterback of the marketing department, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth across our pool cleaning, repair, and renovation services. You will be the architect of our marketing vision, giving directions to digital marketing and creative partners, and ensuring all initiatives align with our overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the swimming pool industry, a strong multifaceted marketing background, and the ability to build a marketing function from the ground up.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing digital and physical channels, including grassroots marketing, direct mail, social media, and paid media advertising.
- Oversee and manage external digital marketing and creative partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the swimming pool industry.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless lead generation and conversion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company grows.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly within the pool service industry.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and online directories.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the service industry.
- Deep understanding of the swimming pool industry (essential).
- Strong experience in developing and executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

COMPENSATION
The Amenity Pool Services position has a starting salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum. The range above is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the actual salary may vary from the estimates provided above.
LOCATION
The Marketing Director position will be based in Tampa, Florida. For the right candidate, we are open to remote work for candidates that reside in the following states: AZ, CA, DE, FL, IN, MD, NJ, NV, NY, TX, VA
