Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the agency’s growth objectives.
· Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the agency’s brand identity across all communication channels.
· Community Outreach: Build relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, senior centers, rehabs, physicians and other referral sources. Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
· Digital Marketing: Work with the SEO company to manage agency’s website, social media, and SEO efforts to enhance online visibility. Create and oversee targeted email marketing campaigns.
· Content Creation: Work with SEO company to develop engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and testimonials, to highlight client success stories and caregiver expertise.
· Client Acquisition: Design and implement lead generation strategies and referral programs to attract new clients. Collaborate with the client services team to ensure smooth onboarding.
· Data Analysis: Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with caregiving and operations teams to align marketing strategies with client needs.
