Position Overview:
As an Exterior Janitorial /Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. This position involves various tasks focused on maintaining exterior areas, including parking lots, landscaping, and dumpster zones. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change out trash liners and hand-pick litter from parking lots and landscaped areas to maintain a clean environment.
- Utilize a waste removal stick to clear debris from home fronts, curb lines, and corners.
- Clean and maintain dumpster areas to ensure proper hygiene and aesthetics.
- Perform cobwebbing and wipe down window ledges to enhance the overall appearance of the property.
- Execute janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing toiletries in designated areas.
- Arrive at the job site using a personal vehicle.
- Document all findings and activities using our mobile app during each shift to ensure accurate reporting.
Shift Availability:
- No Morning Shift
- Afterrnoon shifts are available between the hours of 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with mobile applications for documentation is a plus.
