Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment within our facility, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any operational problems that arise during production.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards in all aspects of work.

Pay: $16.50 - $21.75 per hour
