Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- PSS (Practice Support Specialist) is an MA w/ front office experience
- Phlebotomy experience is not required for a PSS position
- We will accept MA with front and back office experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
- Check patients in and out
- Collect Co-pays
- Customer service and computer skills, some medical experience preferred
Lab Integration is not required for a PSS position even if its location require
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
