Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office activities.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning and copying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support office management by coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing front desk operations.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
