Maintenance Technician
3-6 Months contract or CTH
Sugar Land, TX 77478
Pay Rate: $25-$28 DOE
Mon -Fri 5 am - 3pm, shifts on weekend as needed
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Inspections and Maintenance:
Regularly inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems and ensure they are functioning correctly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing
Troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
Replace or repair faulty components and systems.
General Maintenance and Upkeep:
Perform general maintenance in the workshop
Keep personal desk clean and organized
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
Other Duties:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
May be required to work on weekends or overtime.

Experience:
- Maintenance Technician: 5 years (Required)
