Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble components across all product lines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Select and use appropriate tools and fixtures for assembly.
- Test all assembled products to verify functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to product assembly and testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Identify mechanical and electrical components accurately.
- Operate hand tools and relevant equipment with precision.
- Apply correct dimensioning and tolerances to mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Maintain accurate labor and production records for all tasks.
- Perform repairs on customer equipment, including units, wellhead spools, chokes, actuators, and other surface wellhead equipment as required.
- Assemble and disassemble new or used equipment for inspection, testing, and repair.
- Conduct inspections and perform functional testing of mechanical assemblies.
- Paint, test, and prepare new or refurbished wellhead/tree sections for delivery.
Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Mechanical assembly: 2 years (Required)
- oil and gas: 1 year (Required)
- wellhead: 1 year (Preferred)
- tree section: 1 year (Preferred)
