Job Description:
Answering phones, Screen phone calls, administrating calls to the appropriate person.
Arrange courier deliveries
Handling mail
Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Place postage on mail for delivery
Maintaining the office
Keep the reception area clean, safe, and organized
Maintaining refreshments, coffee etc.
Check office supply inventory, order new supplies, and distribute supplies
Providing administrative support
Answer questions from guests and employees
Provide administrative support to team members
Perform clerical tasks like faxing, photocopying, scanning
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Office/Front desk: 2 years (Required)
- call/mail handling: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
