Responsibilities
- Apply Wire and/or string serving to conductors to diameter and quality standards set forth by the work instructions/router.
- Monitor and improve product quality
- Assist in operating the machine according to machine work instructions/SOP
- Operate Mobile Equipment used to handle materials in the department.
- Restock supplies according to Restocking System for Braid Department.
- Follow all visual cues for department timelines.
- Assist all other Team member as needed to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and improve operator/machine efficiency
- Operate the machines according to machine work instructions/SOP, if applicable
- Produce product/output “on time” per current work schedule
Experience
- Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Must be able to physically move material, possibly up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment and computer systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.65 - $23.73 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
