Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cabler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to twist together insulated conductors and strands per work instructions. This role requires a strong understanding of cabling techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality installations.

Duties:
- Twist together insulated conductors and strands, and/or tape conductors and strands to diameter and quality standards set forth by the work instructions/router
- Monitor and improve product quality
- Assist in operating the machine according to machine work instructions/SOP
- Operate Mobile Equipment used to handle materials in the department.
- Follow all visual cues for department timelines.
- Assist all other Team member as needed to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and improve operator/machine efficiency
- Produce product/output “on time” per current work schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Must be able to physically move material, possibly up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment and computer systems
- Required training includes ISO 9000 principles

Pay: $23.91 - $24.74 per hour
