Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Technical Designer at Amerex Group LLC in New York, NY. The Assistant Technical Designer will be responsible for tasks such as technical design, garment construction, fitting, and pattern making.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Measuring.
- Conduct fittings with designers.
- Send specs for development to sample room or factory.
- Closely work with sample room and factory during development.
- Review design sketches to make sure they are correct.
- Send fit / pp / top comments to overseas.
- Closely work with overseas merch team and factories.
- Keep track of samples for on time delivery.
- Resolve quality control issues.
- Works closely with qc to make sure bulk comes out correct.
