The Account Recruiting Manager is a specialized Recruiter role primarily responsible for saturating and expanding key assigned accounts. As a seasoned Recruiter, the Account Recruiting Manager is expected to provide fulfillment of quality candidates and exceptional service to all key assigned accounts.
The Account Recruiting Manager works directly with all recruiting and delivery resources, including customer support, to make sure that both the client’s hiring needs and the contract employees’ expectations are met. Account Recruiting Managers may serve as a single point of contact to maintain the relationship with and business needs of Maxim’s high volume clients. Account Recruiting Managers may also serve as Recruiter Leads.
The Account Recruiting Manager may be responsible for certain business development and management functions, which will vary by office and determined by the Business Development Manager. For instance, the Account Recruiting Manager is potentially responsible for directing performance of Recruiters, Client Coordinators, and Field Support team members depending on the demands of key active accounts and other local accounts throughout the office. Qualified Senior Recruiters are eligible for promotion to an Account Recruiting Manager position, depending on career interests and business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Saturates and expands key assigned account(s) through fulfillment of quality candidates and exceptional customer service
- Provides regular contact to and develops and maintains relationships with assigned accounts to evaluate needs, performance, and business development opportunities
- Designs and executes recruitment strategies based on key accounts’ business needs and industry/competitive research to attract quality candidates
- Develops compensation design for active caregivers and field staff
- Manages the performance and development of Recruiters, Client Coordinators and Field Support team members, as applicable
- Develops and implements client and caregiver retention strategies
- Identifies challenges or breakdowns in the onboarding process internally and with key accounts and develops solutions that maintain applicable requirements, quality, and customer service
- Sources, screens, and hires caregivers to support key accounts, as needed
- Reports production and results to applicable leadership
- Builds and cultivates relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and business development leads
- Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a unique, qualified candidate pool
- Matches candidate skillsets to client/patient needs by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates
- Completes necessary reference checks to gain personal and in-depth knowledge of candidate background and experience
- Ensures candidate meets required standards of hire for Maxim and applicable contract(s)Negotiates salary, terms and conditions of employment with candidates
- Schedules active caregivers and field staff for initial placement and ongoing assignments
- Manages and disciplines, as needed, active caregivers and field staff while on assignment (non-clinical functions); assesses and investigates caregiver and field staff related problems and provide performance counseling, coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensures client expectations are understood and met; addresses and resolves concerns relating to customer service or caregiver and field staff performance
- Documents candidate, caregiver, field staff, and client correspondence and activities within system of record
- Directs the on-call schedule for the assigned account(s); performs on-call as needed
- Develops understanding of procurement process and participates in the process as needed
- Functions as primary member of the interdisciplinary office team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Provider Relations, Healthcare Administration or RN Degree
- Two years combined experience in recruitment, customer service, and business development experience
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Commitment to the Account Recruiting Manager role for a minimum of two years
- Demonstrated skillsets in leadership, development, and business acumen
