Amergis is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a contract-to-hire position with our partner organization. This role provides trauma-informed clinical and administrative support to licensed and unlicensed staff, case managers, and volunteers. The supervisor ensures high-quality mental health, case management, and advocacy services for individuals affected by child maltreatment, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision.
• Ensure compliance with BBS and AAMFT ethical standards.
• Oversee clinical documentation and treatment interventions.
• Support staff development through training and supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case consultation.
• Monitor service delivery and staff productivity.
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in MFT, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology.
• Active CA LMFT or LCSW license.
• Experience in trauma, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (TFCBT, CPT, Seeking Safety).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Additional Requirements:
• Background checks and licensure verification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid CA driver’s license.
• Availability for rotating on-call supervision.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity through Amergis, with the potential for direct hire upon successful completion of the contract.
