Looking for Geriatric Nurse Practitioner near Coatesville, PA

Details:

• Setting: PACE Clinic
• Location: 1 hour west of Philadelphia, PA
• Schedule: Part-time (Mon-Fri 20 hours/wk)
• Duties:
• Geriatric Medicine Patients
• Provide medical coverage in collaboration with PO Physicians
• Discharge planning for acute and long-term placements
• Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness

Required:

• Active PA license

• Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)
• BLS, CDS,/CSR
• DEA
• Must have prescriptive authority
• 1 year experience working with elderly population
• 5 years experience in long-term care

 Compensation:

• $100k-140k/yr
• Receive a paycheck every Friday
• 100% of malpractice insurance covered

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
