We are seeking a 1099 Superintendent - Interior Build Out to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation. This job should be ready to start in about 2-3 weeks (around March 24, 2025) and will last about 8 weeks.

We are seeking a 1099 Superintendent - Interior Build Out to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation. This job should be ready to start in about 2-3 weeks (around March 24, 2025) and will last about 8 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous experience in interior build-outs
- MUST know how to read drawings and assist subs with scopes of work
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Hands on carpentry experience is a plus as we could possibly need you to perform some of the work for extra pay
