We are seeking a 1099 Superintendent - Interior Build Out to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation. This job should be ready to start in about 4 weeks (around Feb 3, 2025) and will last about 8 weeks.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
